Directed by Maureen Hunger and Kris Snider
Father
Gilbreth runs his house as tightly as he runs his well oiled,
industrially efficient factory. The father of a dozen
translates these unorthodox methods into raising his brood.
Cheaper By The Dozen is based on the 1920’s story written by
two of the Gilbreth children Ernestine Gilbreth Carey and Frank
Gilbreth Jr. No matter the decade, or the number of
children in a family, one thing is always true. Parents and
their children, especially their teen age children rarely agree
on anything! A poignant event turns the tables on the
family. Follow them through the trials and tribulations of
growing up Gilbreth.
