Remember when gas was 23 cents a gallon and a carload of friends could go to the drive-in movie for a dollar? And remember the feel good innocence of the ‘50s, when small groups sang words and nonsense syllables in harmony against a rhythmic melody and girls in saddle shoes and poodle skirts dreamed of recording the next big hit.

When four sisters from Muncie, Indiana, set out to perform on a 1950s musical-variety television show, the result is an evening great music. The singing sisters tell the story of generations past and present. It's almost a half century later, and THE TAFFETAS are still crooning the hits of the 1950's! Kaye, Peggy, Cheryl and Donna are all grown up now and perform their hits  this time looking back at their great career as a mid-century girl group.

Imagine if one of the most popular girl groups of the ‘50’s reunited today. You’d have the  hit musical, “Taffeta Memories,” a rollicking evening filled to the brim with nostalgic tunes like “Mr. Sandman,” “Sh-Boom,” “Volare” and a Hawaiian medley that will knock your lei for a loop! The CTW Players bring the tight four-part harmony to life, with tremendous energy.
